Have you ever wished there was a workout that blasted fat and that you could do anywhere and I mean anywhere?

Well there is! Let me introduce you to 'The Fat Loss Body Weight Workout'. These little beauties are far more time efficient, versatile and definitely easier on the pocket because you don't need some fancy gym to do them in. You can
do the workouts at home, outside or even on vacation in your hotel room.

They target the whole body using only your own body weight as resistance. This requires using multiple muscle groups within one exercise.

These types of exercises will not only blast fat, tone your body so you will look hot and sexy but they will also build strength and coordination which you can use in everyday life, especially as you get older.

I like to do my body weight workouts in a circuit form, so perhaps I'll work the lower body with a squat and follow that with a push up to work my upper body.

The circuit will usually consist of about 8 exercises, one after the other without any rest in between. Once the circuit is finished I will rest for 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 sets, which usually takes 20 minutes in total.

There are so many different options for body weight training, the possibilities are endless!

If you want to really challenge yourself, split the circuit in two and perform 4 exercises followed by a cardio based exercise. So for example 1 minute of squat thrusts or jumping jacks and then straight into the following 4 exercises, followed by another 1 minute of cardio based exercise. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 sets.
