Genealogy Lists For MultiLevel Marketing

Genealogy lists are simply a list of people who at one time or another have been involved with multi-level marketing or network marketing. These lists are generated maybe by someone who had a large downline and left the company and sold the list to a broker. It may be from a company itself who went out of business. As a rule these lists include the name, address, and phone numbers of these people. The list may also include the email address. Keep in mind that the list will include people who may have bought the product or service but maybe never worked the business.

The basic benefit behind this list is that it is a targeted list. That the names of the people are more likely to rejoin another company or change companies if the opportunity seems more valuable because they understand the concept of network marketing.

Remember that they are not leads but only a list of names. It's kind of like going to the yellow pages and finding a list of companies that use your product.

I think it is a good system and there are several people who push these programs and I have great respect for them.

Now, one of the flaws I see with this strategy is the time it takes to contact everyone. Also you will have so many of the people who have moved on so you have a lot of disconnected numbers. Let us say your list has 20,000 names. That's a lot of people to contact. You have to devote hours per day to the telephone. Can you deal with rejection? I hope so because you will get a lot of that. What about the "do not call list"? These lists are not scrubbed lists. You may run in to a problem. I almost feel that you are going to be 99.9% safe as long as you conduct yourself in a very professional manner. But if just one person kicks up, it can place some unfair burdens in your life.

What about email? You could run into the same problem as the "do not call" list. Spam or unsolicited emails can play havoc on your business. Just one person can get your website shut down. I do not think it is worth the risk.

But considering these two approaches, if a person says, yes, they want to see your opportunity, are your websites, emails, and sales sheets powerful and persuasive? Most all of the replicated websites are not designed to build your business. They just have a lot of information and we all know that "information tells but benefits sell". So you are going to have to create these powerful and persuasive sales letters, emails and websites. And then you are going to have to sit and contact 20,000 people.

Now you could send postcards. Go figure just the postage for 20,000 at.27 each not including the cost of the postcard, or a full sales letter, figure full postage on that.

If you want a good lead on genealogy lists, I would be more than willing to share that with you. I know a gentleman who knows what he is doing and has a program in place and you can sit and dial for hours.

But the more successful people are throwing out those old school methods and having peop le contact them through their own personal branded marketing systems Programs that run on autopilot 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. What does that mean for you? No more explaining, no more convincing, no more telling, and no more selling ever again.

I wish you much luck with your business!
